At Wellness Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging with all labels intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the parcel from your specified address at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 working days.
